We guarantee to be able to make anyone a runner, from complete beginner to marathon runner. If you think you will never be an athlete, let us work our magic and make you a regular runner who really enjoys training. Our coaches can help clients train for 5k, 10k and marathons. After an initial full-body assessment you can take part in our constantly varied sessions from hill repeats, sprints, speed work, tempo runs, long runs etc.

Running Club sessions are held on:

  • Wednesdays – 7-8pm

  • Saturdays – 9.30-10.30am

  • Sundays – 9am (Long runs- half marathon and marathon training)
