Bodyweight training class

 Ever wanted to improve your push ups, pull ups, core strength and flexibility all at the same time? This class uses gymnastics and callisthenics to build a strong and flexible body using nothing more than your bodyweight.

Wednesday  6:30pm - 7:30pm

HIIT & Roll

The HIIT & Roll class will involve a 30-minute high-intensity session followed by foam rolling, balling and long stretches, all the things you should be doing but aren't doing at home.

60 plus Rehab Fitness

 We struggled with the name of this class as it was so hard to get across who it is for. It's designed for older novice exercisers, people who are injured or just want a safe place to build muscle, perform some interval training and focus strongly on mobility (foam rolling & stretching) to improve range of movement and posture. There is no lower or upper age limit for this class.

Strong Camp

This class helps you build strength with the basic movements and exercises like squatting, bench press, deadlift, pulling etc. It's perfect if you want to learn how to lift weights correctly, safely and show you how to improve your form.

Fit Camp

This class focuses on helping you get fitter in a more varied and effective way than some traditional classes. Using running, rowing, bike, skipping, jumping, sled pushing, kettle bell swings etc. Covering a variety of energy systems in the form of sprints, intervals (HIIT) and longer forms. 

Pregnancy Exercise Class

What can you do exercise wise when you're pregnant? This class is safely structured to allow you to exercise from 6 weeks to 9 months with a variety of cardio, bodyweight movements and resistance exercises. Our coaches are also qualified in helping relieve pregnancy aches and pains with various mobility techniques. 


Mums Rehab Fitness

This class will rehab mums from weak core, sore back, knees and shoulders to full strength and fitness. The class will include core rehab exercises, mobility work (foam rolling, balling and stretching), strength (Squatting, deadlift, press, twist and pulling exercises) and cardio (rowing, running and yes even skipping ). This class is completely baby friendly from 6 weeks to 4 years.
