The mums rehab fitness class is Crouch Ends (& North London’s) first functional training postnatal class from 6 weeks plus. The class will rehab new and old mums from weak core, sore back, knees and shoulders to full strength and fitness. The class will include core rehab exercises, mobility work (foam rolling, balling and stretching), strength (Squatting, dead-lift, press, twist and pulling exercises) and cardio (rowing, running and yes even skipping 😅). 


Classes take place at CrossFit North London (44 Tottenham Lane, Hornsey, Crouch End, London, N8 7EA) on

Saturday           8am


30 min assessments are required for all new mums starting the class. Includes diastasis check, muscle tone, imbalance and flexibility and movement screen.
