Hanna is a personal trainer with a background in physical theatre and competitive sports, including endurance horse riding, Muay Thai, swimming, cross-country skiing, athletics and gymnastics. She also practises yoga and is trained in dance, stage combat and a variety of other creative and performative movement disciplines. In addition to personal training, she works with bodies in arts and theatre as a performer and a movement coach/director.


Hanna helps her clients train consciously, enabling them to work towards realising their full potential  - not only limited to their physical body but also in other aspects of their life. She draws from a mix of training methods ensuring her clients meet their goals safely and effectively whilst exploring the endless movement options available for their body.
