Sarra Dally

Sarra is the founder and senior trainer of Synergy Personal training studio and the Synergy running club head coach. Sarra is currently fully booked and not taking on any clients. To go on her waiting list contact her via email.

Sarra is an ex-International and British Champion Speed Inline skater, with 36 British championships. For more than 10 years she competed at the highest level. After she retired she completed a Sport Science degree and used her skills to coach fellow athletes.
Sarra now specialises in correcting aches, pains and injuries and restoring people to optimal health from simple day-to-day function up elite athlete performance training.

Sarra currently enjoys training for CrossFit (and improving the gymnastic aspect of CrossFit), yoga, trail running in vibram five fingers and eats a Paleo lifestyle avoiding processed food.

Gerard Andrews

Gerard is the senior trainer at Synergy Personal training studio and owner of the Synergy Running Shop (specialist in running trainers and clothing). Gerard is head CrossFit coach at CrossFit North London and an Anatomy and Physiology Lecturer for Yoga Circle. Gerard is currently fully booked and not taking on any clients.

Gerard Andrews is a sought-after exercise specialist with ten years experience. A founder member of the exclusive Synergy studio and owner of Synergy Running shop. Gerard has trained hundreds of clients helping them successfully achieve their goals.
Gerard has always excelled in sport, be it snowboarding, climbing, golf or his favourite – trail running. Gerard has gained many high level qualifications allowing him to specialise in corrective exercise, for example back rehabilitation. His anatomy and physiology knowledge has resulted in him being invited to be an annual guest lecturer on one of Europe’s leading yoga courses.
Whatever the goal, Gerard has the skills, knowledge and experience to maximise a person’s potential in the most efficient and fun way.

Steven is an experienced, friendly and passionate personal trainer/therapist.  He has helped clients achieve set goals and transform nutritional habits allowing clients to lose unwanted body fat and improve overall strength & conditioning.  Clients have benefited from his training style allowing them to work through injuries and prepare for races and many other sporting events.

A mixture of training methods including functional exercises, core/pilates mat work and rehab exercises allows clients to progress with each session in a safe and effective manner.

Nez is passionate about helping athletes get to peak physical condition. She helps clients to correct muscular imbalances from poor posture, overuse and bad habits to remain injury free and aquire a balanced posture. Nez is a keen Muay Thai athlete and enjoys martial arts training and inspiring others to get fit and strong. She has a Masters in Sports Science.
