We guarantee to be able to make anyone a runner, from complete beginner to marathon runner. If you think you will never be an athlete, let us work our magic and make you a regular runner who really enjoys training. Our coaches can help clients train for 5k, 10k and marathons. After an initial full body assessment you can take part in our constantly varied sessions from hill repeats, sprints, speed work, tempo runs, longer runs etc.
Running Club sessions are held on:
- Wednesdays – 7-8pm
- Saturdays – 9.30-10.30am
- Sundays – 9am (Long runs- half marathon and marathon training)
