Want to get outside and exercise? You're in luck, we have started a bi-weely Boot camp session in the local parks.

Tuesdays at 7.15-8.15pm in Alexandra Palace

Saturdays at 9.30-10.30am in Priory Park

What will it entail?    Boot camp will be a 1hour group exercise class, outdoors, performing resistance type exercises with a mixture of cardio (jogging, skipping etc) in unlimited circuit variations.

Suitable for?    Complete beginners to regular exercisers. You will be broken down into your appropriate group.

What is the benefit?    Spending an hour outside getting some fresh air after sitting indoors all day. Exercising every muscle in your body by an experienced and knowledgable Exercise Specialist.
