
"Three months ago when contemplating reaching the ripe age of "half a century", nearly resigned to weight gain and fatigue, also semi vegetarian (only eggs and fish, no red meat, chicken etc) for the last 15 years, my main concern was my general health. I have been consistently against "diets", what is the point; the pounds slowly would creep up back. Who is right? I always seem to want a scientific reason behind the need to avoid or not certain food in order to maximize nutrient benefit and digestibility (a major issue for me), hence the inadequacy of most diet plan. I am different from everybody else, so I thought!
To make matter worse, due to an accident, I temporarily was restricted with walking hence starting any physical activity was a no, no!
During a diner party the "taboo" subject of diets was on the menu, few people advised me of their wonder plans. Somebody started talking about the metabolic type way of living recommended by her nutritional expert. I was alive again, after explaining how our body reacts ...I went to see her nutritional specialist at Synergy studio, started a new way of eating, after 6 weeks I could not believe how effective the plan is.
No more bloating, I love eating again (I do love my meat/fish, which I thought was good to avoid, but was mistaken), I am not depressed anymore, so much energy enthusiasm again and want to live till I am 90!
The best part is I am down to size 10 (started at a good size 14). I am not dieting, I just changed the way I live, the remaining cellulite might take a year to disappear, my body will take the time it wants to! This healthy feeling you have when you don't need to use cream because your skin is not dry anymore or because you perspire less, and your body will tell you when you deviate slightly, it makes sense!
If you are younger than me and have the chance to fully live a real healthy life understanding your body, take it, you have nothing to lose!
